PURPOSE: To almost accurately correct a waveform distortion of '1', '0' of reception data digitally. ;CONSTITUTION: Plural delay signals resulting from an input signal delayed by prescribed short times each are obtained from a delay means 23. A selection means 24 selects plural delay signals among the plural delay signals. The selected plural delay signals are synthesized by a synthesis means 25, from which a correction signal of the input signal is obtained. A detection means 30 detects a difference between the accumulated value of the length of the time interval of states '1' of the correction signal and the accumulated value of the length of the time interval of states '0' of the correction signal from the synthesis means 25 and the selection means and the synthesis means are controlled based on the detection output of the detection means 30 so as to correct the correction signal in a way that the accumulated value of the length of the time interval of states '1' and the accumulated value of the length of the time interval of states '0' are equal to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
