PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place an empty container in a position for placing a filled container by one time work by providing an empty container unloading lifter and a filled container loading means, and fixing one end to a rotary shaft and fitting the other end to a container support shaft in a rotary arm of the lifter. ;SOLUTION: This car 1 has on a loading space 2 an unloading lifter having a function of raising an empty container 3 loaded on the loading space 2 and a function of unloading the empty container on the ground, and has on the loading space 2 a motive power source for lifting an aboveground filled container 4 in a horizontal state and a towing jig for loading the filled container. This unloading lifter is composed of a rotary arm 5, a rotary shaft and a rotary mechanism arranged on both sides of the empty container 3. This rotary shaft can be rotated by the rotary mechanism, and in the rotary arm 5, one end is fixed to the rotary shaft, and the other end is fitted to a container support shaft 7 of the empty container 3.
