PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed compressed air into a material hose to pneumatically carry a generated surface soil by mixing a fertilizer material to a mixed surface soil consisting of a fractionated surface soil obtained by removing stone and gravel from the excavated surface soil ensured in a field, and an aggregating agent and an assistant mixed thereto. ;SOLUTION: A highly viscous fractionated surface soil 48 excavated and collected in a field is improved by mixing an aggregating agent 56 and an assistant 58 to form a generated surface soil 12. Therefore, pneumatic carrying of the generated surface soil 12 through a material hose 24 or spraying of the generated surface soil 12 by a mortar spraying machine 10 can be sufficiently performed. The surface soil 42 excavated and collected in a field is utilized for a greening bedrock in a slope greening method utilizing thick layer base material spraying method by the mortar spraying machine 10. Thus, a greening accompanied by the growth of buried seeds contained in the surface soil 42 is performed to reproduce a vegetation zone close to the natural forest in the field as much as possible. Thus, the surface soil 42 is utilized for a greening bedrock to reduce the excavated soil 42 to be disposed, whereby the disposal is facilitated, and the disposing cost can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
