PURPOSE: To obtain a packing film excellent in cutting properties, transparency, heat resistance, interlaminar adhesiveness, barrier properties and heat non- shrinkability by providing polyolefin resin layers to both surfaces of an ethylene/ vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer through adhesive layers. ;CONSTITUTION: Layers each composed of a polyolefinic resin compsn. are provided on both surfaces of a layer composed of EVOH through adhesive layers each composed of a molten mixture of an acid modified polyolefine resin and 2-40wt.% of EVOH. The layers (e.g; inner and outer layers) formed from the polyolefinic resin compsn. are bonded to the layer of the center part formed from the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin through the adhesive layers.
