The silk fiber paper and its production manner and the moldings null which use the silk fiber

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain silk fiber paper having both of sufficient strength and preferable water content permeation and hardly producing crease due to shrinkage in drying and its method for producing the paper. ;CONSTITUTION: A silk noil is crushed into 5mm length to produce a main fiber. The fiber is blended and dispersed with a thermally fusible polyester fiber. The main fiber content is about 70% and the content of the thermally fused polyester fiber is about 30%. This blend fiber is made into paper and dried at a temperature higher than a temperature capable of starting softening and bonding of the thermally fusible polyester fiber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
