Damage assessment system due to wind disaster

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for efficiently evaluating the damage of typhoon. SOLUTION: A data base 3 stores typhoon track data 9, national weather bureau data 11, national weather bureau observation extremal data 13 and national city/ward/country representative spot position data 15 or the like. A wind velocity evaluating part 5 reproduces real typhoon in the past while using the data in the data base 3 or calculates the maximum instantaneous wind velocity at each spot based on information concerning the typhoon just after the passage and based on this maximum instantaneous wind velocity, a damage evaluating part 7 evaluates the amount of insurance to be paid for each spot or the like.
