PURPOSE: To adjust the position of a foundation girder member installed on a foundation bottom block member finely and easily by using an execution tool by forming a plurality of specified grooves on the top face of the foundation bottom block member. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of specified grooves 2 are formed in parallel to the top face 1 of a foundation bottom block member in the cross direction, and indentations II are formed on the outsides of the left and right ends 3 of the grooves 2 and principal sections. Or several grooves 2 are formed in size longer than the width of a foundation girder member B. The position of the foundation girder member B installed on such a grooved foundation bottom block member A is adjusted finely in the foundation direction by small manpower by a lever action while using groove walls 8 as support by inserting the front end of an execution tool 6 into the grooves 2.
