CONSTITUTION:This tool is equipped with a permeation membrane material (11b) for permeating a liquid favorite food and a cylindrical member (21b), holding the permeation membrane material (11b) arranged in a through flow passage (31b) and installed or removed from an installation object member 41. The cylindrical member (21b) is formed from an outer cylindrical part (22b) having a carrier part (23b) for an elastic material (33b) on the inner peripheral surface and an inner cylindrical part (27b) secured to the outer cylindrical part (22b) so as to hold the permeation membrane material (11b) by pressure contact force with the elastic material (33b).
