PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative delivering controller that ensures a preset delivering quantity of objects and distributes them at a preset mixing ratio to a belt conveyor of a plurality of liens even with no provision of hoppers and quantitative delivering equipment. ;SOLUTION: The quantitative delivering controller comprises a first control means 21 of controlling at least either of the travel speed and boom derricking angle of a rake chain type reclaimer depending on the preset delivering quantity of the reclaimer, a second control means 22 of correcting the preset reclaimer delivering quantity depending on the reclaimer travel direction and speed, a third control means 23 of comparing the integrated value of the rates of delivering that a weighing machine has counted up for the reclaimer and the integrated value of the rates of delivering that a weighing machine has counted up for the following belt conveyor to thus correct depending on this comparison result the delivering rates that the reclaimer weighing machine has counted up, and a fourth control means 24 of comparing the preset delivering quantity and the average delivering rate per unit time while the reclaimer travels a specified distance to thus control depending on this comparison result the reclaimer travel speed regulated by the first control means 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
