METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DATA MINING WITH DECISION TREE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with a method, which offers a high speed data mining process using a decision tree modification method in stead of reconstructing the decision tree when data are added or deleted. SOLUTION: The system divides or consolidates a leaf node by applying status changes caused by data addition or data deletion to the decision tree for data mining applications. The system reconstructs a part of the decision tree if a condition is met with a criterion after a value for dividing the tree is re-calculated.
