SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELLING TRAVEL MERCHANDISE FOR AGENT USING INTERNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for selling travel merchandise for an agent using an Internet, in which a user connected to a web site is judged by constructing a data base related with plural users and travel merchandise is sold based on the judgment. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a customer management program storing part 42 for managing customer's information such as the purchase information, various anniversaries, travel departure date, arrival date, and the expiration dates of a passport and visa of a customer, a mail transmitting part 44 for transmitting a mail to a registered user such as a customer, a travel company, and a free lancer, a character/voice message transmitting part 46 for transmitting a character and voice message to the registered user such as the customer, the travel company, and the free lancer, a data base part 50 for holding data related with the travel company, free lancer/small-scaled travel company, plural customers, and travel merchandise, and a manager server computer 40 for controlling the whole devices, and for offering a travel merchandise sales service when the connected customer, travel company, or free lancer/ small-scaled travel company or the like is registered as a user.
