PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure of a reinforced concrete building capable of relaxing vertical stress during great deformation, reducing damage to a junction between a seismic control panel and a PC wall or beam to a minimum and preventing the increase of stress on the seismic control panel.;SOLUTION: The seismic control structure of reinforced concrete building compresses a reinforced concrete wall provided in a plane of a frame formed by columns and beams and a low-yielding-point steel damping panel assembled between the reinforced concrete wall and the frame.
