PURPOSE: To improve S/N ratio of a measuring data by controlling a measuring circuit based on an operation signal from a spectroscope control circuit, and stopping operating an energy dispersing spectroscope during operating a wavelength dispersing spectroscope. ;CONSTITUTION: Based on an operation signal from a spectroscope control circuit, measuring is controlled of an energy dispersing spectroscope(EDS) by a measuring circuit 10, so as to prevent an influence from being mutually received. Here for measuring an assigned measuring time in a measuring control circuit 20, the assigned time to be measured is indicated to a timer control circuit 22. Then in the circuit 22, starting measuring is indicated to a gate 23 and a counter 24 controlling inputting/outputting a detection pulse. After measuring the assigned time, the circuit 22 closes the gate 23 to finish measuring by the counter 24. In the circuit 20, based on a signal generated from a wavelength dispersing spectroscope(WDS) control circuit, during operating this signal line, a signal is fed to the circuit 22 and the gate 23, to once stop operating the WDS.
