PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect joy stick and an indirect working device permitting an operator to take a working posture which is safe and easy-to-work, and reducing a physical burden upon the operator.;SOLUTION: A bolt turning joy stick T2 is provided with an insulated joy stick R2 and a bolt turning tool 4, and the insulated joy stick R2 is provided with a joy stick body 1, a driving shaft 2, and a handle 3. The joy stick body 1 involves a clamping member 10 and a bearing member 16. The connecting body 19 of the bearing member 16 has an umbrella member 190. The bearing member 16 is fitted to the clamping member 10 so as to turn in the periaxial direction, and the fixing direction can be set optionally by engaging the front end of the rock pin 13 to an engagement hole. The bearing member 16 involves a driving shaft 2 rotated by the operation of the handle 3. The drive shaft 2 involves an umbrella part 26 and a jaw member 27.
