BARCODE MANAGEMENT FOR CHART

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a chart by sticking a barcode label 4, on which the initial registration information of a patient is printed to the prescribed part of a format chart 5. SOLUTION: A medical chart is managed by sticking the barcode label 4 on which the initial registration information of the patient is printed to the prescribed part of the format chart 5, reading the barcode by a barcode reader 15, connecting a computer 16 in which software capable of recording/reproducing sound/images is installed and displaying it at a display device 11 together with patient information as one example of execution.
