Welding status remote monitor and welding status remote supervisory manner

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding state remote supervisory system and its method by which a welding state is remotely supervised accurately in almost real time. ;SOLUTION: Two ND filters, each having a different light transmissivity, are provided respectively at the front side of a 1st camera 1 and of a 2nd camera 2. Both the cameras 1, 2 photograph a welded part. An image of an arc photographed by the 1st camera 1 and an image other than the arc such as molten pool and groove photographed by the 2nd camera 2 are synthesized.
