The contact portion 42 of the first connection terminal 32 and the contact portion 53 of the second connection terminal 31 are formed of plate springs, between which the coin-shaped battery 4 is held in press contact, and the second connection terminal 31 is mounted on the protecting plate 2a in the state of preventing the separation of the coin-shaped battery 4.
