PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the transmission of vibration of a floorboard to a floor beam and an adjacent floorboard, and to reduce heavy floor impulsive pound by placing the floorboard without being fixed to a corbel fixed to a side surface of the floor beam, and arranging a prescribed interval between adjacent floorboards. ;SOLUTION: In a steel frame or ligneous building, a corbel 4 is fixed to a side surface of a floor beam 1 composed of a steel frame material or wood, a floorboard 2 composed of a lightweight concrete plate and a wooden plate is placed, and upper surfaces of the floor beam 1 and the floorboard 2 are formed in the same height to lay a floorboard material 3. In this case, an interval A of 200 to 400 mm is arranged between adjacent floorboards 2, 2, the floorboards 2 are put in a state of being still placed on the corbel 4 without being fixed to the corbel 4.
