PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a common corridor and dwelling units of a multiple dwelling house capable of keeping a private life in the dwelling unit without spoiling a pleasant space in the unit and enjoying the feeling of a detached house and further, of which the inside can not be easily seen from the common corridor even in a state that windows facing the common corridor is opened and hence, the windows can be ordinarily used in the dwelling unit. ;SOLUTION: A level difference between the floor face 3A of the common corridor 3 and the floor face of a plurality of dwelling units 2 that the floor face 3A of the dwelling units is higher than the floor face of the common corridor of a multiple dwelling house is formed in the multiple dwelling house structure having a plurality of dwelling units 2.
