PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier which has a simple structure, is excellent in loading ability of baggage, is easily used, and has wide application. SOLUTION: Loading ability of baggage and using ability are improved by loading a flat carrier 8 on a carrier frame provided front and/or rear part of a horse-rising-type four-wheel off-road running vehicle, and by providing multiple projections 8e for preventing slip swelling outward on a carrier surface 8A on which the baggage is loaded. When these projections 8e are string-shaped projections (beads) 8e extending in the right and left direction in parallel, rigidity of the carrier is improved and design ornament effect of the entire carrier is provided.
