PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a belt conveyor vertically so as to be bent and erected by moving the whole belt conveyor vertically into a tilted high position with the front end side placed higher than the rear end side and a normal low position so as to make a front half part rise and fall in relation to a rear half part. ;SOLUTION: A rotating machine frame c₁ is bent and elongated along with a conveyor belt d₁ in relation to a tilting machine frame b₁. When a hoisting wire 33 is wound by the operation of a winch handle 35, the rotating machine frame c₁ is rotated around an intermediate shaft rod c' as a fulcrum and placed in a right-angled bent-folded state from an extended state flush with the tilting machine frame b₁, that is, placed in an upright state along the front face of a hopper e₁ or the like within the width of a deck B of a motor truck.
