PURPOSE:To reduce sticking of resin to a conveying mechanism and impregnate with the resin by layering a plurality of mat materials. CONSTITUTION:Mat materials 7, 8 to be conveyed from both sides and an intermediate mat material 11 to be conveyed from a position between the mat materials 7, 8 are conveyed being put together. At a stage before the mat materials 7, 8 and the intermediate mat material 11 are put together, resin is supplied from both sides of the intermediate mat material 11 during the conveyance. Among the mat materials 7, 8 and the intermediate mat material 11, a resin rich area is made and impregnated so as to form a resin mat.
