PURPOSE: To easily nurse a physically handicapped person or an aged person being in a chair sitting-down posture on a bed by providing left/right width of at least a front side part of a bed frame in narrow width which can be stepped over. ;CONSTITUTION: A front screen 3 is attached to a front end side, and a rotary bed frame 6 being freely rotatably around the axis center in the vertical direction is provided in the front/rear middle part of a fixed bed frame 1 placed on the floor surface. In this bed frame, a movable mat supporting body 23 for receiving a mat 42 in which a back receiving part 23b, a waist/thigh receiving part 23c and a leg receiving part 23d are divided and provided so as to be freely bandable is installed. Also, on the rotary bed frame 6 side, a motor 10, a spiral cylinder 13, a turning mechanism and an interlocking mechanism are provided, and prior to a turning start of the rotary bed frame 6, the back receiving part 23b is erected, and also, the leg receiving part 23d is flung up so as not to come into collision with the mat 42.
