PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out distribution of questions, execution of examinations grading, analysis and evaluation thereof through the Internet faster and easier than a conventional method. ;SOLUTION: Test questions are distributed to examinees in a form processed by encipherment in a contents storage medium 203 beforehand, and are displayed on terminal machines for the examinees 202 by using a key for releasing the cryptograph transmitted from WEB on the Internet, and the tests are started.
