PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain raising water treated with a graphite silica or a material including the graphite silica as the effective component and to provide a raising method capable of increasing life activity of raised organisms, raising them healthily, vigorously and with disease resistance and safe and harmless for human and environment. SOLUTION: This method is raising method for cultivation of microorganisms such as a bacillus, tissue culture of a fauna and flora, breeding of fishes and shellfishes, insects, livestock such as a chicken, cattle or a pig and pets such as a dog or a cat and growing of creatures such as another fauna and flora and comprises using water treated with graphite silica or a material including the graphite silica as the effective component for raising such as cultivation or breeding.
