PURPOSE: To reduce the dimensional error of a running path by reducing welding deformation by fixing a shielding material to the outside of a top chord material forming the running path and, in addition, joining a web stay material to the outside of the chord material by performing longitudinal welding so that the direct contact between the top chord and stay material may be avoided. ;CONSTITUTION: A shielding material 113 is fixed to the outside of a top chord material 21 forming a vehicle running path provided on both sides of the axial line 12 of a track and, at the same time, a web 111 is joined to the shielding material 113 by a web stay material 112. At the time of joining the shielding material 113 to the web 111, the material 113 is joined to the web 111 by only performing longitudinal welding by interposing a void between the top chord material 21 and the web stay material 113. At the time of manufacturing this structure, in addition, a lower structure section composed of a bottom chord material 113, a horizontal girder material 114, the web 111, and the web stay material 112 is first welded, and then, the top chord material 21 is welded after the lower structure section is inverted upside down on a welding device, such as the positioner, etc. Finally, side guide rails 22 are fixed.
