PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of efficiently manufacturing a metal product having a thick part integrated to the outer periphery of a thin metal disk at a low cost and preventing generation of buckling in the case of forming the thick part. ;SOLUTION: A metal disk stock 22 is brought into contact with a first contact face 64 smaller than the stock and a second contact face 68 equivalent or larger to the stock, while clamping between first/second clamps 60, 66, at the state that the stock is rotated together therewith, a thick part forming roller 96b, in which a second clamp part side section 110 at the outer peripheral part at a difference in step face 106 is made a small diameter, is pressed to the outer peripheral face of the metal disk stock 22 at the outer peripheral face of the second clamp part side section 110, the outer peripheral part of the metal disk stock 22 is pressed-in/compressed into a cavity 120 formed with the outer peripheral face of the second clamp part side section 110 at the thick part forming roller 96b, the difference in step face 106 and the second contact face 68, to be thickened, the thick part 12 is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
