PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry book for prize, aspects for easiness to see, easiness to use or the like of which are improved, and a prize competition system utilizing the entry book for prize. ;SOLUTION: In an entry book 1 for prize to enter for prize, a perforated line 11 is provided in some part of each of a plurality of paper pieces 2. In one side of the perforated line 11, an information column 12 on an entering method or the like or a binding part 13 is formed. In its other side, a postcard portion 17, in which necessary items for entry are written, is formed. By utilizing at least one side portion of the four sides of each paper piece, the pieces are bound in piles. Further, in a prize competition system utilizing the entry book 1 for the prize, the data of competitors for the prize written on the entered postcard portion 17 or an envelope portion made separable from the entry books 1 for the prize distributed widely in shopping districts or the like is inputted. Since the system is equipped with a data input analyzing means for analyzing the above data, the system executes the lot drawing for the prize by the data input analyzing means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
