PURPOSE:To improve the work execution efficiency of a medium and small-scale building having an underground floor, and shorten a construction period of work execution by eliminating a working platform for underground work, securing a wide underground work space, realizing an inversely driving construction method without using a temporary steel column, and enabling simultaneous work execution of underground work and aboveground work. CONSTITUTION:A land slide protection wall 1 capable of supporting a building frame of an aboveground part and a load of heavy machinery for work is constructed, and floor beams 2 of an aboveground first floor part durable to the load are erected on the upper end of the land slide protection wall, and a floor 3 of the aboveground first floor part is constructed in precedence. After necessary excavation for an underground building frame is executed by using the preceding floor as a work yard, underground and aboveground building frame work is executed.
