PURPOSE: To change a conduit without carrying out excavation and withdrawal of the old equipment by forming two conduits beforehand, in a CATCH-BASIN which is to be reconstructed. ;CONSTITUTION: At two places in the peripheral direction 2 of the trunk wall 11 of a catch-basin body 1 which is made of synthetic resin and has a bottomed cylindrical shape, the first cylindrical inlet side port part 12 and the outlet side first port part 13 are projectingly installed. Further, at the bottom part of the basin body 1, a groove part 16 and the second port part 17 connected with a conduit which is to be reconstructed are formed. In the initial stage, rubber packings 71 and 72 are installed at the large diameter part 14 of the first port part 12 and the first port part 13, and a tubular body 2 which is made of synthetic resin and cut to a proper length is inserted, and a flow passage for connecting an inlet side pipe 91 and an outlet side pipe 92 is formed. When the flow passage is changed, the tubular body 3 is cut by the work in the inside space S of the basin body 1, and removed from the first port parts 12 and 13.
