PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clear image of particles under granulation in a granulation device provided with a photographing device in a sufficiently separated state and to control the particle diameter or the like to a required value based on the photographed clear image.;SOLUTION: The diameter or the like of the particle is controlled to be the required value by making the photographing device made of a photographing system and a lightening system, lightening a photographing zone on a focussing surface of the photographing system to photograph and analyzing the photographed image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
