The analysis of the main shortcomings of existing actuators for obtaining monodisperse droplets is carried out. An electric intelligent control system for the operation of an electromagnetic vibrator is proposed. The system with the help of the actuator drive control unit allows to select the optimum frequency of the oscillations of the working mechanism depending on the productivity of the granulation plant, the speed of the granulation device, the physical and chemical properties of the melt and the environmental conditions. Industrial tests of the proposed electric intellectual system were conducted and ways of its further improvement were outlined.
