PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk which is used for drawing and false-twisting a yarn and has good swelling resistance, high wear resistance on a sliding surface, and improved durability by forming the yarn-sliding surface from a polyurethane containing fluorine in a prescribed amount. ;SOLUTION: In a drawing and false-twisting disk 10 used in a drawing and false-twisting machine, at least a yarn-sliding surface 12a is formed from a polyurethane resin which contains fluorine in an amount of 0.1 to 0.75 wt.% and has a hardness of 70 to 98 degree, preferably 80 to 96 degree. The polyurethane is obtained, for example, by dissolving 18 wt.% of diphenylmethanediisocyanate in 72.3 wt.% of an adipate-based polyol under stirring, heating the mixture at 100°C for 10 min, adding 9.7 wt.% of 1,4- butanediol, adding a prescribed amount of an ethylene tetrafluoride resin, and stirring the reaction mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
