PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a sound absorbing body, in which perlite, vermiculite or the like are used as a lightweight aggregate, is subjected to autoclave curing in order to obtain strength, manufacturing cost is high and that sound absorbing characteristic is deteriorated due to rain or the like since the lightweight aggregate has water absorbing property.;SOLUTION: The sound absorbing body of this invention is obtained by blending a composition in which volume of cement paste is 20 to 30% and volume of super lightweight fine aggregate obtained by heat-treating formed styrene waste and then pulverizing or super lightweight fine aggregate obtained by covering with inorganic powder by using a viscous aqueous solution of an aqueous resin or the like after pulverizing, is 45 to 52%, adjusting so that fine continuous foams are 28 to 35% and curing in a panel-shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
