PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of component parts constituting equipment per se, and to reduce production costs and setting work costs. ;SOLUTION: A setting base stand 101 having a cabinet 102 unitedly mounted thereon at a predetermined location is manufactured separately from a setting surface, which is conveyed to the setting surface and set on the same. Two end faces each having a gate driving section, are arranged so as to face the longitudinal direction of the setting base stand 101, and a face in which a ticket-issuing machine operating port 103 is arranged and a face opposed to the former, in which a reimbursing machine operating port 104 is arranged are disposed in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the setting base stand 101. The two end faces of the cabinet 102 can output the rotational force of the gate driving section housed in the cabinet 102 to the outside. The output from the gate driving section is connected to an interrupting rod rotation support section erected from each of two folding housing sections. An interrupting rod is connected to the interrupting rod rotation support section to be supported by the same.
