PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultraviolet light-curable resin composition which gives excellent printability and excellent water-resistant printed products to a recording material, when printed with an aqueous ink by compounding a hydrophilic acrylic monomer, a hydrophilic polymer, and so on, in a specific ratio.;SOLUTION: This ultraviolet light-curable resin composition comprises (A) 10 to 80 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic acrylic monomer, (B) 3 to 50 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic polymer, (C) 3 to 40 pts.wt. of a quaternary ammonium salt group- containing acrylic monomer, and (D) 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the total amount of the components A, B and C is 100 pts.wt. The composition preferably further contains (E) a volatile solvent and (F) an inorganic filler and/or an organic filler in amounts of ≤10 pts.wt. and 1 to 45 pts.wt., respectively, per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components corresponding to the resins.
