PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical sensor cartridge and a biochemical sensor equipped with the same, having the small number of component items, enhancing cleanliness and convenience, and capable of preventing reaction sensitivity from lowering with the lapse of time as much as possible. ;SOLUTION: This cartridge is characterized in that an inlet passage 101 for leading a sample into a cell 30 formed in the interior is bored through a side wall part 32b of a lower casing 32, that the lower casing 32 and an upper casing 31 form the cell 30 comprising a closed space including one end part of the passage 101 and sandwich a sensor element substrate 40 between them so that the substrate 40 having a reaction part 41 made up of a multiplayer organic thin film formed in its surface is partly exposed to the exterior, and that one or more suction holes 102 are provided in at least one of the upper and lower casings 31, 32.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
