PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide odd-lot stocks managing device which can easily manage a case that odd-lot stocks which are diffusively possessed in various accounts become a unit stock if they are added up like an employee stock sharing company and stock mini investment. ;SOLUTION: In the case, when the odd-lot stocks and the odd-lot certificate of an odd-lot stockholder and the odd-lot holdings of the account having the odd-lot stocks that the odd-lot stockholder substantially possesses are integrated, they have to become the unit stock, the odd-lot stock managing device updates a management state from the odd-lot stockholder to the stockholder if the odd-lot stocks which are to become the unit stock are designated from the odd-lot stockholder.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
