PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily perform disposal works for a material to be wasted by a device with a relatively simple structure, to easily construct a perfect disposal gallery facility, to improve stability of a disposal cavity and reduce a excavating amount, and to improve reliability of remote control and make the material to be wasted retrievable in a method for geological disposal for a high-level waste.;SOLUTION: In a construction phase of a geological disposal system, after a disposal gallery 3 is formed by excavating using TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine) and the like so as to orthogonally cross to a main road 4, an accommodating tube 11 for stationarily accommodating the material to be wasted A is provided in the disposal gallery 3, and buffer (bentonite and the like) 12 is filled between an inner wall surface of the disposal gallery 3 and the tube 11 to construct a disposal facility for horizontally stationarily placing the material to be wasted A. The next phase after finishing the construction phase is an operating phase, and the material to be wasted A conveyed by a conveying truck 13 is pushed into the tube 11 by an in-tube transferring vehicle 14 to transfer to a stationary position.
