CONSTITUTION:A multimedia player l displays various guides based on programs and various pinds of data recorded in CD-ROM. Input and selection following guide display are executed by operating an operation part 8. The estimate and the taste of the customer are included in input information at that time. When a house plan is inputted by operating the operation part 8, the multimedia player calculates the estimates of the respective rooms and displays the rooms of the images corresponding to extent and the taste. Thus, the styles, the floor materials and the wall materials of the respective rooms are decided by suitably selecting the displayed rooms.
