PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the force of constraint to the secondary lining of a primary support to prevent the cracking of secondary lining concrete.;SOLUTION: Isolation layers 10 and 12 consisting of elastic bodies 30-50 mm thick are formed on the placing surface for secondary lining concrete 5 of the primary support consisting of a steel support 1 and shotcrete 2, and the secondary lining concrete 5 is thereafter placed on the isolation layers 10 and 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
