PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food jam in view of the fact that mainly nutrition and calorie of e.g. fruit-processed food jam has conventionally been taken into consideration but its medicinal effect and preservation period have not so much been taken as its essential point. SOLUTION: This fruit-processed food jam is obtained, owing to finding the fact that an anthocyanin bluish purple coloring matter which blueberries themselves have ameliorates eye fatigue and develops eyesight through promoting resynthesis of coloring matter of rhodopsin which supports the optic nerve action, by mixing a blueberry jam with a sweetening xylitol and vitamin A to not only prevent tooth decay but also ameliorate eye fatigue and activate optic nerve action; whereby eye and tooth health can be maintained by only taking the objective jam.
