PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food capable of safely inhibiting the advance of hypertension and diabetic.;SOLUTION: This functional food to inhibit blood pressure increase and blood glucose level increase is characteristic in containing at least one selected from Aspergillus usami extracted liquid, symbiotically fermented liquor obtained by fermentation of both Aspergillus usami and yeast fungus, and a mixture or treatment product thereof.
