TOLL INFORMING DEVICE, ON-VEHICLE NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize information on a toll available for users for the purpose of informing the users of the toll of a toll road properly though the using section of the toll road is set or changed in the middle.;SOLUTION: When a route to a goal, which is shown by a continuous line, is set, an interchange 95 is set to a first toll road as a scheduled leaving interchange and a toll to the interchange 95 is calculated and reported. When a vehicle has already entered the toll road from an interchange 93 then, information for specifying this interchange 93 is stored at the time of the entering. Then, when a route to the goal is reset as a route shown as a broken line, e.g. in the middle of traveling through the toll road, the scheduled leaving interchange is changed to an interchange 98 and a toll for a section from the interchange 93 specified from the stored information to the interchange 98 is calculated and reported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
