PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily execute the update processing of observed data by comparing the size of the absolute values of the totals of respective observed values constituting observed data on money due from accounts and added-up data on a temporary loan, which are read from a storage means. ;SOLUTION: An observed data update control part 102 obtains the total values of observed data A consisting of plural inputted observed values and observed data B consisting of plural observed values, namely, the totals by individual codes and the whole totals of the observed values. Then, identification is executed so that the whole total whose absolute value is smaller becomes an observed data side (observed data B) which is totally eliminated, and the whole total whose absolute value is larger becomes an observed data side (observed data A) whose part is eliminated. The remaining of the observed value of the side (added-up data A) whose part is eliminated is obtained from the difference of the total values of observed data A and added-up data B. The respective elimination results of observed data, namely, the discrimination of whole elimination, partial elimination and non-elimination and the remaining of the observed values are obtained on all observed data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
