LOT TICKETS, LOT TICKET ISSUING DEVICE AND ITS METHOD, AND WINNING AND MISSING INQUIRY DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small lot ticket issuing device which can simplify its mechanical constitution and also can reduce its operation cost. SOLUTION: When a lot ticket issuing request is received, a reader 215 reads the intrinsic number of roll paper and outputs it to a control/ communication part 22. When it is decided that the intrinsic number of the roll paper is normally read, the part 22 sends the read intrinsic number to a center via a communication circuit. The part 22 instructs a reader 214 to read the surface data on a lot ticket (1) out of a mark sheet that is put into a slit (211). Thus, the reader 214 reads the lot ticket surface data out of the mark sheet and sends them to the part 22. The part 22 sends the received data to the center. When the part 22 receives an instruction from the center 22 to issue the ticket (1), a printer 216 prints the lot ticket surface data on the surface of the roll paper and issues the ticket (1) in response to an instruction of the part 22.
