PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance illuminance efficiency in temperature characteristics of a fluorescent lamp and to resolve deficiencies such as start failure of the fluorescent lamp at a low temperature and reduce illuminance, etc.;SOLUTION: This long fluorescent lamp insulating cylinder 5 contains a UV absorber substantially transmit visible lights having a wavelength longer than 430 nm to a light source for generating lights including ultraviolet rays.
