PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method and its device capable of evaluating fluidity corresponding to the fluidity of concrete exhibited when it is placed. ;SOLUTION: A reference position for measurement is set on a test table 5. A sample of fresh concrete is put in a fixed position on the test table 5.
