The inorganic particulates are polygonal particulates, having a refractive index different from that of the resin and essentially having no fracture face consisting of the particulates with an L/S ratio ≤2.0, expressing lengths of the long and short axes of the particulates as L and S respectively. The number- average particle size of the particulates is ≥0.1 μm and ≤20.0 μm. Their particle size distribution D90/D10 is ≤7 expressing the particle sizes at cumulative frequencies of 10% and 90% in the cumulative particle size distribution counted from the minimum size side as D10 and D90 respectively.
