PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemicals-injection tube structure and a chemicals- injection method using an injection device by which chemicals having a specied gel time, especially having a gel time from a specified flash setting gel time to a delayed setting gel time of A-liquid and B-liquid can be optionally adjusted in accordance with a ground condition and injected in a ground such a soft ground from drilled holes formed in the ground in advance.;SOLUTION: Sleeves 2' having injection slit openings 18' are expandably fitted on the outside of an external pipe 3" through ring bands 6' at the upper and lower ends, and packers 5', 5', 5' are closely brought into contact with the inner wall of the external pipe 3' in three stages of the upper, middle, and lower parts to partition pressure chambers 11', 11' of the two A and B liquids, in the inner pipe 4'.
